There may be errors in your PC or mobile, or there may be problems with the payment method. Please try changing the browser environment or changing the payment method.

We can't give you a complete solution because a variety of reasons can cause payment failures. Unfortunately, most of the problems occur in the state of your credit/debit card. Make sure your card is in a payable state, and your card is available on PayPal. Please try another browser and let us know by sharing your screenshots if same problem occurs.

Step1. Add the desired goods in your shopping cart.
Step2. Confirm the goods and quantity then proceed to checkout.
Step3. Fill in the address and click "Continue"
Step4. Select the desired shipping method and click "Continue"
Step5. Confirm the necessary options at the "Shipping Notice" part and proceed with payment.

It is not available to change quantity after placing an order. Please cancel entire order if possible and place a new order.

If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will email you. If you search for the item on our website, you can also see its status.

A payment confirmation email may not be sent if the payment is not completed successfully due to a payment error, or if the email is registered as spam mail. Please proceed with re-payment or check spam mail inbox. You can check your purchase details when you pay successfully on "Order History".

If your payment is already completed, it is only possible to cancel and make new order.

Depending on the restock date and order amount, shipping may delay. We are trying our best to ship as soon as possible. You can check your shipping status on "My Account".

Probably, the card issuer did not approve the payment yet, so the status is pending. You need to make an enquiry to your card issuer directly with transaction ID which is available to check on PayPal. (if you can't find it on PayPal, we recommend you to make an enquiry directly.)

- If your entire order is out of stock, please proceed to [My page>Order list>Click order ID>Cancel] to cancel entire order.
- If your ordred item is partially out of stock and wants rest of your products to be dispatched, please contact us through CS center.

If payment was successfully completed wiith no error while payment process. you can check the order in Order History.
