Products purchased at an offline store can only be exchanged at the store. Please check if it is defective right after receiving the product at the store.
Also, albums purchased through pop-up store events cannot be exchanged or refunded with reason of simple change in mind.

You have to pay for shipping when returning your order due to simple changing of mind. We can make refund of the order after checking the returned product and only the item price will be refunded.

Ktown4u pays for shipping. when returning/exchange due to wrong delivery (wrong items or missing items) or defect.

In case of refund, it depends on the policy of credit card issuer and bank. So we recommend you to contact them directly.

It is not available to arrange return/ exchange for the below reason :
- Over 14 days of the date on which you received the package
- If the outer package of a copyable items is damage
(e.g. : CD/LP , DVD/Blu-ray , Software, comic books, magazine, Movie catalogue)
- The product is lost or damaged due to customer's responsibility

You can request for a return/exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.

Fan sign event album can only be cancelled before the results of the events are announced, and the cancellation is not possible after announcement of winners.

If you want to cancel the order after payment, please go on to [My account > Order history > Click the order > Click request to cancel button at the bottom.
Cancellation will be automatically processed within 1-2 days.
